Welcome Food by Wayne provides personalised catering services for all occasions with a focus on the freshest quality produce creatively prepared, cooked and served. All menus are customised to our clients individual requirements and Wayne will personally meet with you to discuss all aspects of menu design and assist in the event planning with attention to detail. One of Wayne’s specialties is "the theatre of food" whereby the final preparation and cooking process is presented in view of guests. eg. a tapas event could include spectacular charcoal brassiers cooking a variety of international delicacies, spit roasts, food stations including oyster shucking, sushi & sashimi bar, paella cooking … just to mention a few!
